   Absolutely amazing service all round, from the moment I stepped foot into the showroom, to delivery of the new bed (small double) purchased for my son. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and Luke in the showroom was really helpful, and not at all pushy. He was open and honest about options available and I went for a small double ottoman storage bed, headboard and mattress. Because all their beds are made to order, there is a huge range of options for colours/materials and headboard designs, unlike the big high street name bed companies where you have to buy the ‘off the shelf’ options. Quick delivery and assembly, although there was a slight hiccup with the base (as I had ordered an end opening, not side opening ottoman base), it was quickly sorted with no fuss and the correct base delivered a week later. I couldn’t have asked for better service, and all at a great price. Bed / mattress is very comfy. Would highly recommend this company and will be back next year to order another bed! Thank you!

   As return customers of Simply Beds, we were not disappointed with our visit to their showroom. Within a few minutes of explaining what we required, the salesman, Tommy, guided us to a choice of mattresses, one of which I chose as being ideal. Next, his expertise was most helpful in the choice of a suitable base, and after much consideration I chose a headboard and covering from the large selection of swatches. Paperwork promptly completed and a likely estimate given for delivery. Just over 2 weeks later, bed arrives along with 3 assistants, who efficiently dismantle old bed and install new one. Finish off with pleasant and friendly conversation over hot refreshments and chocolate covered custard cream biscuits, courtesy of my wife. Cannot praise this company highly enough, you will not be disappointed if you decide to visit them. By the way, my Sleepeeze bed is superbly comfortable, an excellent purchase. Thank you. Prices are very competitive and our order arrived on time and was set up in the room all packaging was taken away. Would definitely use those company again

   Absolutely fantastic! I ordered a mattress and topper for my mother in law who was moving house but she wasn’t quite ready for it when it arrived in store. Luke agreed to hold on to it until she was ready and then arranged a time to suit us. It arrived as scheduled and was delivered by Matt +1 who were really lovely and put the goods exactly where we needed them! Cannot recommend this company highly enough. We happened upon them by chance and very happy that we did as they don’t have an obvious shop presence therefore prices are much more competitive! Thanks guys ☺️

   Simply Beds was, well, simply amazing! We needed an additional bed for family visiting over Christmas, and they made sure that it arrived before Christmas. And my family members commented that the mattress itself was spectacular! I've done a lot of research and they have very competitive prices.    We chose to go to a local independent company for a bed and we were not disappointed. We had a one to one appointment with Luke who was brilliant, he explained all our options from headboard types to bases with or with storage & then we were able to try out various mattresses in our budget. Excellent service, two weeks later we had our bed delivered exactly when promised. Cannot recommend highly enough.

   Great selection of beds to choose from, covering a range of budgets. Really friendly & helpful service - we were not rushed to decide & was given space to think & ponder. We bought a Harrison Spinks bed having seen them being made on Inside The Factory programme. Good value compared to other stores. We're very happy with it. Didn't have to wait to long for it to be delivered. The young guy who delivered it for Simply Beds was also really lovely. Would definitely recommend Simply Beds......... feels a bit weird being off the high street etc but, don't be put off by that at all. We're very pleased all round with the service & the bed.
