I highly recommend this salon. I had my hair cut and dyed by an extremely friendly lady who made me feel very comfortable. The dye came out amazing and the cut was perfect. Will definitely be going back here :)
I've given this a 1 star rating on here because I can't give it a half. Was not impressed with how the hairdresser spoke to me and dealt with the style I wanted. I showed her a photo of the haircut but she turned round and told me it wouldnt look right. She suggested something else that was totally different and not the length I wanted in the first place. Apparently she has 17 years experience in hairdressing. It certainly didn't seem like it!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!
Not worth 1 star, the stylist butchered my hair by hacking at it with thinning scissors blaming its thickness, then when I asked for a refund after giving the stylist a chance to try and fix it they accused me of cutting my own hair myself! Wouldn't recommend them at all.
Great values at 17.50 for a dry cut that was brilliantly done. Ella was lovely and gave me a lovely hair cut. She did exactly what I wanted done. Highly recommend and I will be using them again for sure.
Giving two stars because the woman who did my hair was really lovely, but it isn't what I asked for at all. Definitely the worst cut I've ever had, I asked for shaved sides with a bit taken off the top - a very traditionally masculine haircut. But it appears this is another place where a non-male comes in with short hair and they assume they want the same Karen-esque style as what is expected
Been going here a few months now, had hair done by Marius a few times and Heidi too both did a great job always up for a chat and they really listen to your requests too. Another great cut today by Marius and prices are very reasonable for lads hair too!
One of the best hair dresser in Norwich especially for ladies. It is located in the city centre and located in a convenient place. Very well connected to public transport. The staffs are very friendly.
