Pauls review is false . I was the one on phone I was polite and explained policy that we don't do refunds on. 600 puff disposables once they leave the shop and explained they can try them before they leave the shop . The disposables for sale are not the banned one time use disposables . They are compliant and can be charged .and we actively like getting people on kits . Never push any product on anyone . The boy working was professional and followed procedure
I bought a disposable vape from Vape Escape, and it was completely faulty straight out of the box. I paid cash and didn’t receive a receipt because the young boy didn’t print one off. I think they were just pocketing the cash. I returned the following day for a refund or replacement and they refused to help - completely unprofessional, dismissive and took no responsibility. Their customer service is appalling, their manager on the phone was shouting and abusive at me in front of my young children. Vape Escape is only interested in taking your money. What’s worse is that disposable vapes are banned in Wales for good reason, yet this place is still pushing them without any accountability for faulty stock. It’s careless and unethical. Luckily, I’ve since found a new vape shop just around the corner on College Street, next to Peppino’s. They’re cheaper, friendlier, and actually care about their customers—exactly what Vape Escape is missing. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. I won’t be going back.
