    0 stars they received the returned parcel on 15th December Im still awaiting my refund. They cited their warehouse have misplaced the returned parcel and have not refunded me. Avoid this awful company

    I ordered boots in 5,5 size when they arrived the sticker said 5,5 but size printed on the shoe was 6,5 they have their labels completely miss matched. Shoe was actually 6,5 as per the print on the shoe and not as per the sticker they put on. I contacted customer service and said I’ll be placing order again and asked for the correct size to be sent just to receive the exact same wrong size and wrongly labeled shoes. It’s a shame as shoes are nice and look good quality but unfortunately you can’t get the size you actually need. Big disappointment.

    I returned a pair of shoes directly to them that I purchased through asos three weeks ago as they were too big for me. I followed all the instructions on the form procided and haven’t heard a single thing from them, I’ve even contacted them via their help form over a week ago and haven’t heard anything. I’m out 40 pounds, don’t shop here
