I went to see jo today, she was able to fit me in for an appointment the time I needed it, and accommodated to the fact I had salon acrylic nails on, she soaked off my acrylic nails and then spent her time correcting and helping my natural nail come out in the best condition possible before she started any treatment. I started my biab journey today and I’m glad to be doing it with Jo. She took her time making sure I was happy, I felt beautiful, and I was listened to throughout my appointment. I felt a lovely bond with Jo as I’m sure many other clients have, she is friendly, welcoming, and all round a beautiful person who does AMAZING work. Jo did both the hair and makeup for my wedding in July 24. Jo was organised, professional and did a wonderful job on both my hair and makeup and the makeup of my maid of honour.
