   Nice people, but room was small and in the attic so sloping ceilings mean banged heads . Shower was not thermostatic so subject to hot or cold depending on water use elsewhere in the house. Bed was comfortable. Parking on the road, not many spaces.

   Linda and myself stopped from the 2nd june to the 6th june we had an excellent room with sliding door to a seating area great views of the sea and a choice of delicious breakfast.our hosts were friendly and always available to chat.i couldn’t rate our stay highly enough.we will have no hesitation in contacting for accommodation next time we visit brighton and area

   Absolutely brilliant, I have stayed here with my daughter for the last three nights and couldn’t fault it. Immaculate, well appointed room and really warm welcome from Jackie and Rob. Real home from home…oh and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely be back soon. John and Milly x

   We stayed with Jacqui and Rob for three nights. We had the luxury of the bedroom with a terrace – amazing views and a delight to sit out on with a warm cup of coffee or a chilled glass of wine, so peaceful and calming. The breakfasts were delicious, always a surprise treat or two to start with then a perfectly cooked and presented meal of your choice. The room was spotlessly clean, and everything got replaced, chocolates, sweets, tea, coffee etc. Parking was a doddle, and a quick walk down (or up) the road to catch frequent buses to Brighton or whatever lies the other way. Great for a walk down and along the cliffs too. They are a lovely couple, well-travelled and have great insights into the area and more! Thank you both, it was a real pleasure staying in your home and eating your gorgeous grub.

   What's not to like, the owners are friendly, polite and make you feel very welcome. Clean and tidy rooms were nice clean airy breakfast was excatly what we ordered. Quiet location and easy access to local transport. Would highly recommend and we definatly going to use again.
