I stayed in room 5 which is for single occupancy I was very impressed with the size and quality of the room, and value for money. The private key/locked bathroom is on floor above which was completely fine with me as listed. I Will definitely return! Thanks

Dania and her team were brilliant. They helped us pick the most appropriate property and room for our needs (they have seven properties to choose from in Brighton) and sorted out the on-street parking permits we needed (obviously, there is an additional charge for the permits). We had a minor maintenance issue when we were there (caused by the previous guests) and requested housekeeping on one occasion (housekeeping is on demand, so no need to worry about them banging on your door to change the towels at inconvenient times). In both cases, the reception team were a text away (you can call them if you prefer) and both requests were dealt with promptly - housekeeping were in fact there within 3 minutes of me texting! Friendly professionalism from every team member we encountered, either via text or in person. The location was great and the room was perfect for our needs - Room 2 has the full kitchen, which we didn't use other than the kettle and fridge, but it gives you extra space to move around and leaves the bedroom to be just that, as they feel like two separate rooms.

Self-check-in was fuss-free; the day before our stay we were emailed instructions that were clear and we had no issues. The room itself (G/F, room 2) was lovely, more a studio apartment, with fitted kitchen and so-on and it was, apart from some water staining to the bedroom ceiling from an obvious leak and the inside handle to the shower room was becoming detached but I am genuinely just nit-picking because it's how we found the room. The room itself had everything we needed (and more besides) for our brief stay, and it was in great order (nitpicking aside), decently sized and comfortable. The bed extremely soft and decent pillows and lovely bedding supplied, oh and the concealed TV in the base/footboard, a nice touch! We can't comment about other rooms, or floors, only the check-in and room 2 experience and summarising: decent location (Brighton on the Beach venue at the end of the road, the pier around 8 to 10 minutes' away); decent space and amenities and a decent price, too. Oh, and relatedly, if you need somewhere to park, the Buzz Bingo car park is in Eastern Rd, about 5 minutes away and £18/24hr and worked well for our stay. The answer is an emphatic "yes", asked whether we would stay again! And we likely will, too!

Lovely place to stay in Brighton. Was really pleased with our room. Easy to check in/ come and go via entry codes and a key box. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and had all basics you need, coffee, tea, towels, soap, etc. Staff were friendly, allowed us to leave bags there on the day we checked out. Location was good, easy 20 minute walk to most bars and shops.

The manager was very friendly and welcoming - it really gave that personal touch. Made the place homely for the Christmas season. Room was very clean and tidy and internet worked well. Right in the centre of Brighton by the seafront.

Great hotel. Booking and check-in were super quick and uncomplicated, even though it was very last-minute. The room was pretty, modern and clean, as was the bathroom. The room had water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies. Beach and city centre are within walking distance.

Lovely and helpful staff! Our room had a private patio and the weather was sublime, so we really got to enjoy it. The location is spot on. We walked everywhere. And there is an amazing cafe at the end of the street (great pastries and staff too.)

The room was spotless and spacious, we even had a small nice terrace perfect do drink a cup. Our stay was super comfortable because the place is beside the sea and the center of Brighton. The staff was so kind and helpful. If well visit the city again we'll definitely try to stay there
