   I was on an errand for my husband today to find a new kitchen bulb. This is generally his fortay but I was told I would get advised at the shop which one we’d need. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted with a warm smile. I showed Steve a photo of the bulb I previously had and told him I was in need of something similar. He was professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Pleasant experience all round. Thank you!

Both Steve & Alan were absolutely fantastic and guided me through the process, recommended the best items and offered words of wisdom in order to ensure success.    Ordered and collected item I needed. Service with a smile? I think not. Andrew barely spoke, kept me waiting when I was only person in store. Let me wait at one till and only when he was ready did finally call me to get opposite end till. Asked what I wanted! Appalling customer service skills. Went next door to screw fix and totally opposite experience! You could learn a thing or 2 from them. New store. Up your game!
