   Quiet location close to convenience store/Post Office, Dee Dee's Cafe, The Gun Inn and Tajdar Indian restaurant. Number 1 Findon Rest is cosy with a very comfortable double bed, internet tv , hot drinks making facilities, good walk in shower etc.

   Woke up freezing 3am Had to sleep in my jacket as the settings for the radiator were either faulty or non adjustable to stay on over night. Stains on throw however duvet, sheets and pillows were clean and the place was tidy.its a nice little room just felt like I was camping is all.

   Brilliant village style accommodation. Great location too. We booked 3 rooms here for a family stay, and you could tell the rooms had all been recently decorated, and they were perfect for our stay. Clive the owner was really helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

   Didn't stay at Findon rest but stayed at worthing rest which is under same management bed was comfortable bathroom cleaning wasn't the best as shower has black mold around the base, toilet seat moves while sitting on. building is under renovation I'm guessing as cracks in the walls and paint pots are dotted around. Couldn't get heater to come on and WiFi didn't work kept saying that the password was incorrect

   Quirky property in a picturesque village. Short walk to local pubs serving great food. Parking outside. Quite location. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. Not ideal for people with walking difficulties due to stairs.
