We visited on 21st December. It was quiet when we arrived but got very busy. Our food was lovely - all three of us enjoyed our meal. The only downside was the wait between courses - I think the staff were covering both sides of the building. They were all pleasant and did a great job but it felt understaffed. There were three dogs within our dining area - all well behaved and not a problem for us whatsoever, but I've mentioned it as it may be an issue for others to consider

We came yesterday Christmas Day for dinner 3 of us. Unfortunately the service and meal was a big disappointment. Firstly we got to our table and were left for 45 mins before anyone came to us. The starters were cold and I wasn't given the correct starter which had half of it missing. The christmas dinner was dried up and just warm. The whole experience was horrible. I accept they gave us a discount of 20% but it ruined our day. We've been here 3 times now for christmas dinner and was fine the last two times. We won't book again. For the price we paid we'd expect better service than that. We love the pub for a drink but not food.I booked it back in August too. So it was early enough. Very disappointed.

Had a fantastic meal at the Brewhouse last night. The steak was cooked to perfection, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the main course and dessert. The service from Mia and Oscar was excellent—friendly and attentive throughout. We’ll definitely be back again.

I came here a couple of nights ago. The food was fine for the price. The beer is always not great compared to proper craft beer offerings but was drinkable. However, the service was absolutely shocking. After 20 minutes of waiting for our drinks order to be taken, I just went up to the bar and got my own drinks and asked for one of the non-existent servers to come and take our order, which they did. The wait for the food was fine, roughly 15 minutes. After that, no one came to take our plates away or take another drink order. Eventually, I asked for someone to bring us the bill. It took them 15 minutes to bring the bill over. The bill omitted the £10 deposit I paid, What's that all about?! They eventually took the deposit off but certainly didn't forget to add on the service charge for the service we didn't receive. Worst thing was it wasn't even that busy aside from the extremely loud Christmas party we were placed next to. Absolutely avoid this place until they can get their service act together. What a shambles

We had a brewery experience day with zak the brewer on Saturday 15th November. On arrival we knew it would be a great day as greeted by zak with bacon sarnies and coffee quickly prepared. The brewery room was cozy and felt perfect for a personal day for the 3 of us. The day was hands on and the samples during the day made it flow well. Zak was full of knowledge, good humour and great personal service. He is a huge asset to the company and the whole day. Lunch was served at a good time and come to us all within our own private brewing room. To finish the day we had a choice of our own beer to take away. We will be back again to see zak and see what else we can brew. Overall the day was more than great. It was amazing. Richard worthing.

Went for a beer masterclass and dinner with my husband and had a great time. Zach was absolutely amazing and we learned so much from him and really enjoyed chatting and sharing stories too. He was brilliant. Thank you Zach! And thanks to Matt too who showed us how the brewing process works. Great food, amazing beer - highly recommend this experience.

An excellent beer tasting experience with lunch led by the very knowledgeable Zak. The bar staff at the Brewhouse in Worthing were very welcoming and handed us over into the capable hands of Zak. He took us to our table and introduced us to 8 different beers with a description of where they are from and the brewing techniques used. During this we ordered a delicious burger from the extensive menu and enjoyed the rest of the tasting session. What a great way to spend an afternoon and we will definitely be going back to the Brewhouse and Kitchen in Worthing again.

Okay pub with a good selection of ales and drinks and well laid out and decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. However the burgers we ordered were all burned, not just overcooked but burned black (see photo). Unfortunately we didn't have the time to wait for 5 burgers to be remade, although our very friendly waitress offered. We were given a round of drinks on the house instead. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and took our order quickly and asked if we needed fresh drinks throughout our meal.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary on 7/09. The room was great! Having a small balcony was a bonus! The Duty Manager showed us to our room, explained everything to us. Was not expecting that level of service in a pub! When we went down to dinner later that night, we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco each to celebrate our anniversary! This was amazing…so many restaurants just don’t do this, even when you put it on the reservation that it is a special occasion! Food was great! Staff we are very friendly and service was smooth and efficient. Breakfast was a great start to the day. Ample choice for every taste! We will definitely be back!

Evening meal after a long day trip out. We received a warm welcome and the staff were great throughout the evening (as well as having no issues when I had to telephone to change my booking earlier in the day). Everything about the food was great. It came in good time, was cooked well, tasty and fresh and there wasn't a speck of food left on our plates. We all tried each others meals too which is unusual for us but everything looked so nice! The cocktails and beers we tried were all very nice - a special shout out to our server Michelle who was very friendly and cheerful all evening and her recommendation for which beer to try was spot on for me, thanks Michelle! Great Atmosphere and we'd love to come back another time.
