   Not a place I will recommend unless its for sleeping a day or two. Not all towels were 100% clean, toilet seat cracked and to big...no indication on the radiator knob, way to many furniture for a room that size. The 2 windows that opens, could use a repair. Water pressure perfect tho. And he corncern himself about safety. In short, you get what you pay...and a little less

   The man who owns the place is a criminal this place needs to get shut down by a court order DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed there for just one night and got such severe cellulitis from the bed bugs on the bed (hundreds of them crawling around) then I was in hospital for 2 days on iv antibiotics with hot and cold sweats shaking and shivering it almost killed me staying in this place then instead of apologising he denied it all even though I took loads of pictures some of them were huge the photos would made you throw up I’m saving them for court. Then when I said I had pictures and it had sent me to hospital with cellulitis he laughed on the phone found it funny he’s sadistic my arms are covered in cellulitis and my neck and face it’s itchy it hurts and it’s painful and I’m on two different antibiotics the doctors saw the pictures of the bed and were horrified told me to report the owner to the police. I ended up going back I the hotel having nowhere else to stay and surprise surprise for a severe allergic reaction to the bed bugs that caused me to have uncontrollable shaking swearing and it elevated my heart rate so much am ambulance had to be called and I had to be on iv fluids for a night and the man offered to have a different place that then had way more bed bugs than the first he ran out of the room fast when he let me in so I couldn’t call him out on it as soon as u saw ir but I caught him smirking on the way out he’s a predator saw I was young and on my own and did this on purpose he needs to compensate me or I will be pressing charges and prosecuting in court I have all the hospital records and pictures . He’s a full on psychopath and should be in prison. He intentionally put me in another room with way more bed bugs after telling him the last one gave me cellulitis and I almost died that’s insanity this man is dangerous believe the other reviews about this place being a dump it’s worse the landlord is a dangerous predator. He needs to compensate me if he wants to avoid going jail

   Lovely hosts and the Seaview was great. Looking out over Regency Square towards the i360. Very conveniently located near to restaurants but nice and quiet due to clubs being further towards the pier area. Our room was on the 3rd floor and as I use a walking stick the stairs were difficult. However the host very kindly offered another room on a lower level.

   We've just stayed here for the weekend. Booked into their sister hotel and got a free upgrade to here. The room itself was clean, comfy bed. The tea tray had plenty of coffees, tea,milk and brown sugars but no white sugar or sweeteners. The bathroom was disgusting and had not been cleaned at all. Lots of hair and dust, I had to clean the basin before I brushed my teeth and I had strip washes because the shower was filthy. Don't know if breakfast was available because we never got offered any. If you can't do stairs then this will not be ideal. We had to climb 50 stairs to get to our room.

   I stayed in probably the smallest room in the hotel, which was very functional. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Got a very nice welcome and goodbye. Great location for the beach and city centre, but also fairly quiet.

   I stayed in this hell hole last week from Monday to Friday i only stayed that long because Brighton was fully booked due to conference. Let me let you know some of the nightmares i had to pay for i was on the 2nd floor my friend on 3rd floor another on 4th floor there is no lift no fire escape no hot water until Wednesday no breakfast no staff No bins emptied room not hoovered Everything was a complete chore for the owner i would advise anyone thinking of booking this joke of a hotel to pitch a tent on the beach instead.

   With a young family, we wanted our kids to experience Brighton and were looking for a good family friendly Hotel without breaking the bank. Both my wife & I were really pleased just how clean the Hotel was and helpful the staff were. We were on the top floor in a family room, so be prepared for having to walk four flights of stairs ( great exercise) I've stayed at many Hotels both for Business & pleasure, and can say that the quality and quantity of the full English breakfast is by far the best I've ever had. I would strongly recomend the Regency Hotel to friends & family. Being set back from the sea front, you can guarantee a good night's sleep as you won't hear too much traffic or late night stragglers on their way home.

   This hotel is terrible the rooms are tiny and dirty the room was covered in dust, they leave mugs for you to have tea but they are dirty and haven't been washed and dirty spoons.There are holes in the walls and stained carpets and ceilings. The food is horrible and expensive. The rooms are very cold. the en suites are so small you cant even put your make-up on in there and the toilets barley work as well as the shower. When I arrived i had multiple suitcases and i was on the top floor and no-one who worked there bothered to help me carry anything up the stairs as there is no lift either and the walls are extremely thin you can hear everything going on in the next room. The room was so terrible and the service i had to leave my 7 night stay early i could only stand to say in the hotel for 2 nights i would have rather slept in the car it would have been warmer and more pleasant seriously DO NOT STAY HERE a waste of money!!
