The employee named Chris was nothing less than exceptional, on 4 different occasions I went in, and he helped me every single time even despite a little stupidity on my part, but he showed the qualities every sales person should… he was brilliant. Thank you Chris.

Efficient and excellent service! I only went in for a box of a specific screw size, which proved to be more problematic than I had imagined. Anyway, Rachel spent ages going through the catalogue and tried a number of different sizes, until she found the one I required. She said that she liked a challenge and she certainly wasn’t going to be beaten! Will definitely use this store again on all household items! Would highly recommend this branch! Thanks Rachel.
