   Amazing help from Marianne (not sure if I spelled that correctly?) but her and her colleague did an incredible job locating a set of matching bolts for the random one that I brought in from a bed frame I was trying to fix at home. They both couldn't have been more helpful and went through several different options before finally locating me the correct item despite having no markings to go on!

   Arrived to pick up pre-ordered materials at about 9am (advised that everything was ready), only to be told that main item was not ready - waiting for Parcelforce delivery at noon. Unable to return at that time, so had to reschedule job AND make another trip to the store. Disappointing.

   Ordered 3x items which were unavailable in any of the Norwich branches (stock control obviously needs some work). Despite the long journey, I needed the items same day. All listed as in stock and order confirmed before leaving to collect. On arrival the branch was empty but I still had to wait whilst the two staff members finished their conversation. They then presented only 2 of the 3 items ordered with a lukewarm excuse that they couldn't find the other one. I had to ensure they had refunded the missing item before leaving even though this should have been done automatically. I felt the need to complain to Toolstation for the time and travel expenses incurred due their incompetence. Two days later I finally received an email apology, with a point blank refusal to provide compensation for leaving me out of pocket. Buy elsewhere if you can.

   Dont normally bother with reviews and stuff but blown away by how good young staff are at the Wymondham store! Friendly,knowledgable and very efficient. Had been round in circles trying to sort tap cartridges. Was sorted and out the store in 5. Good team work supporting each other. Well impressed.

   Visited the new Wymondham Store, and was very pleased with the professional service and a very helpful team. I was served first by a young lady Charlene who is the manager and her very helpful assistant Connor. The store was very clean on entry and all covid rules followed. I felt welcomed and satisfied. I will be shopping there again 100% and highly recommend. Well done.

   Nothing is ever too much trouble. Mostly dealt with Oz when we’ve been in and I can only say that the service we have received is brilliant. Other members of staff are the same, always advising an alternative if an item is out of stock. Quick, friendly and reliable service! Glad we’ve got them on our doorstep!
