   Do not use this company, told delivery date, no delivery! Then no correspondence for another week, eventually got told would receive a refund, 2 months on but still not received! Not happy awful customer service

   Do not even bother. I purposely called to ensure if I ordered that the goods would be delivered the same week and was assured this was the case. I even called in the afternoon on the delivery day and was assured the goods were being delivered that day which was also confirmed by the company. Then received an email after they had closed to say the goods were not coming until the following week. I had to pay the fitter even though he had no floor to fit and even had to chase up my own complaint as no response. They offered me £10 which is insulting considering I had to pay the fitter £100 for nothing. I don't believe they even listened to the call recording which confirmed what they promised me. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Steer well clear.

   Delivery of flooring was delayed 2 days, apon arrival, one of the two boxes was the wrong flooring design. Raised this issue apon arrival (Wednesday), I phoned to say I needed a resolution quick as I was installing on that day. Thursday phoned up and nothing had been done about it, told I would be phoned back in a hour. Here we are Friday evening after closing hours, not having heard anything from them. Will need to wait until Monday before anything is put into action.

   Nice Wood Flooring - Not cheap. BUT They were not helpful on trying to source some flooring to match some which I ordered last year. (They said they no longer stock it, but that it is still made, but declined to tell me who the manufacturer is) I ordered a very similar wood from them. This was delivered one day late by a grumpy driver, and - on later inspection - i found that there was minor damage to some of the boards. Not worth returning. VERY POOR COMMS re delivery times of my latest order. I received an email promising delivery on 10th December, which said I would receive a phone call at least 30 minutes in advance. Apart from that, they offered no guidance as to when in the day delivery will take place. I had no such call on 10th . Despite chasing them - twice. They were unable to tell me when the delivery would take place. It eventually turned up, midday - one day after promised. The only notice I had was when the driver rang me up two minutes before delivery, at which point he told me that no-one was in. Wrong! I then opened the front door to him. Delivery is kerbside i.e. the driver does not help take the wood into the house.

   Our order was supposed to be delivered on Friday 1st November, then with no explanation given the delivery date changed to Monday 4th November, then again the delivery date changed to Wednesday 6th November. I have had several calls with them to be assured that it would arrive but still it has not arrived! Do not use this company, they are an absolute joke.

   They had an issue putting the order through, took my money then called me back and said there was an error with the order and they would need to refund me, that's fine but I'm sat here 1 week later and still no refund, called up to chase and now being told 14 days (originally 2-3 days) ..... MIND BLOWN. Anyway, I ended up saving about 10% by going to Flooring Hut ***REPLY TO COMPANY*** Why was I informed 14 days today? Mis-information given will only upset customers. Also, I have asked for the authorisation code and merchant you used and this hasn't been sent

   I have ordered a number of times from here now over the past few months. There have been a few minor hiccups, however given the market share and order volume they have, and with the challenges placed upon them during covid, they have done exceptionally well in terms of the customer service. The after sales support is fantastic, so have no quarrels about buying from them again in the future

   Ok as flooring supplies is now trying to silent me I am publishing everywhere. Firstly their staff in Edmonton branch is fantastic. My issue comes with the company/management. Me and the wife had chosen a karndean LVT. But we found IFS (internet flooring supplies) was offering a lot cheaper. But as the staff was so nice and they advertise pricematch we decided to go back to place the order, only to be told management would only give me 10% of the difference because its karndean, but if I go for quickstep LVT they would match IFS price as they have done it before. Personally go to IFS

   Excellent advice and customer service. I've been in a couple of times recently, once to get advice before ordering and secondly to ask some questions about item I had ordered. The second time I went in the store was manned by young female assistant and I am going to admit that I pre judged and thought that she wouldn't be able to answer my questions. However, I have to say that she was brilliant and spoke about products like she'd been laying floors for a few years and gave the advice I needed in a way that sounded like she had practical experience. So, shout out to you and minus points to me. When my order arrived a couple of packs were missing but flooring Supplies were on the phone within about 5 minutes with an apology and arranging to get my missing bits delivered as soon as possible. This was backed up with a further apology call. I've used them before and I have to say it's a great customer experience every time and the prices are generally the lowest you can get.
