   There was an issue with the PDQ card machine, supplied by World Pay, which rejected all my cards. Checkout staff should have telephoned the bank as per instructions on the till, instead I was instructed to try yet another card. Eventually, I was asked to try another till, and the checkout assistant was already aware the PDQ machine was malfunctioning. Poor staff training and lack of communication between staff.

   Wilko, 56-72 St Stephens St, Norwich NR1 3SH is located on upper floor of Wilko. The waiting time of ordering food and food ready to table is very long. The food with meat is too salty. Seating area is spacious. Food quality is below standard.

   Large selection of products, spread across several departments, over 3 floors and under 1 roof. Worth a visit whatever you might be looking for. Wouldn't be certain it's the cheapest for all products, but certainly not expensive compared to the selection of products. Also a coffee shop / dining area on the top floor. Coffee and panini are probably one of the better choices all in all.

   My to-go-to shop for all house hold items. The prices are fair and the variety is good. The only downside is they take time to restock items so on demand items tend to get bought out fast! And the shelves stay empty for a while. Best time to go there and get most shelves stocked up is on weekdays but that is also inconvenient as most people have to go to work and only have time on weekends.

   Today's vist was as expected the shelves were fairly stocked up but I did go at the end of the day, the staff were helpful and polite, there was a a short time to que to pay. Over all a good experience.

   Good store which is easy to get around. Small escalators and a lift. Christmas section is on middle floor.

   Sometimes I can’t find what I am looking for. Yet they have lots of stuff. Very easy to access and friendly staff. They have very good gold fish food. My pond fish love it.
