I booked this accommodation at the last minute for 6 of us to spend a weekend in Brighton. It was booked via Booking.com. within 5 minutes of completing the booking I received a friendly what's app message from Valerie explaining everything that I needed to know about the accommodation. When we arrived, she met us there and showed me around and made sure that we had towels and everything that we needed. She gave us advice about parking and was so so helpful. The place itself is in an amazing location literally a minute from the seafront and 5 minutes from the lanes. It is well equipped, even had sky sports, was clean and very comfortable. Valerie has been extremely helpful and friendly before during and after our stay, and I would strongly recommend staying here for a group trip away.

Had a wonderful stay at this charming holiday house in Brighton! The location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city center with everything within walking distance, including a lovely stroll to the seafront. The property itself was exactly as described - spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Everything we needed was provided, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Brighton is such a vibrant city and this house served as the perfect base to explore all it has to offer. From the famous pier to the quirky lanes filled with independent shops and cafes, we could walk everywhere easily. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality stay in Brighton. We're already planning our return visit!

I had an amazing stay at this cozy big house! The location couldn’t be better – right in the city center, just a short walk to the sea. I loved waking up and being able to grab a coffee from one of the nearby cafes before strolling along the beach. There are so many great restaurants and shops nearby, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. The house itself is super comfortable and has a really homey feel. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere – it felt like a little retreat, but still close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property for a group of friends staying in Brighton - within minutes of the beach front/pier and all the shops/bars. Clean, bedrooms of good size and I nice shared living area and kitchen. Owners couldn’t have been more helpful/good communication.

The house is brilliant for large groups. It is perfectly located - really central and a stone's throw from both the front and Churchill Sq. Valerie is lovely - really easy to communicate with, very personable and happy to help in any way. There was more than enough room for 11 decent sized guys. We will definitely come back on our next group trip! Thanks Valerie.

Having booked in February for a large group of us to come down to Brighton for the weekend, we had a long wait between booking and our stay and the wait was worth it. The house is spacious, has an exceptional location and great facilities. We had over 10 people stay and the spacious living room with excellent dining facilities helped us enjoy some quality time together in peace. There was a TV, the WiFi was great and the secure coded door meant we didn’t have to worry about who had a key, because we didn’t need one! Valerie kept in regular contact before the stay, was a fantastic support with queries I had of the property and local area and was very accommodating of our needs, she even checked in half way through by phone just to make sure I didn’t need more support. Situated directly behind the Hilton, we were around 60 seconds from the sea front, around a minute and a half (uphill so maybe 2 mins for slow walkers) to the shopping centre and the same goes for pubs, clubs, restaurants and amusements. Brighton pier probably takes around 5 minutes to walk to and most of that can be done on the lovely seafront. All 10 of the other people that stayed said I couldn’t have picked a better location and Accomodation for the price and I agree. Valerie is a superstar!
