   I don't usually use Dereham Jewsons, however as my preferred builders merchant didn't stock what I was looking for I thought I would give them a try. I was met by a rude and obnoxious member of staff who didn't really have a clue nor did he seem to want to help. I decided to leave and traveled to Cringleford Jewsons where I found exactly what I was looking for. Its a shame the quality of customer service varies from store to store. I will use Cringleford from now on.
