Would be a good place to shop if they were ever actually open They have been closed on all the important opening days this year or closed early on the important days

My elderly father broke down in their car park and had to spend hours there till the rac came. The staff helped him with the car park not fining him and let him use their loo. Helpful.
I visited Aldi this Sunday to pick up some essentials, as it was one of the few supermarkets in the city that opens until 5 pm. In the UK, the Sunday Trading Act of 1994 specifies that large shops (over 280 square meters of internal sales area) can only open for a maximum of six continuous hours on Sundays, between 10 am and 6 pm. While most shops typically open from 10 am to 4 pm, this particular Aldi opens at 11 am, allowing it to remain open until 5 pm. In my view, this is a wise decision. The store features a good balance of self-service and cashier-operated tills. This might explain why, despite being fairly busy, I was able to find a parking space in their reasonably sized car park, pick up what I needed, and exit the store in less than 15 minutes.

Handy car park, friendly staff and great produce all clearly laid out in a easy to find way. They quality of products and produce is very good, meat, fish, cheese and vegetables are all still very good value. Winner!!
Good value for money with all the usual supermarket staples present and correct. A lot of products are own brand, but decent for the price point. You'll also find some random bargains in the central aisle. I've found the customer service reasonably efficient and friendly. My only quibble is that I'd appreciate having baskets available as well as shopping trolleys.
