   I can not rate David Morse at Equilibrium Law any higher. I have received nothing short of a 1st class service, under ridiculous pressure for exceptional value from him. David helped us receive bridging finance from application to draw down in a week, signing paperwork from holiday in Greece then moved miracles to ensure exchange, completion AND moving in all on the same day. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending his services.

   We had the pleasure of dealing with David Morse who was initially dealing with the purchase of a property for my daughter. We found David to be excellent right from our first dealings with him. Great communication, reliable and always able to speak to him when we needed to. It was clear that David was always on top of things and ensured that the sale of our house went smoothly, it really did feel like nothing was too much trouble and that he actually went ‘the extra mile’ for us. I would thoroughly recommend Equilibrium Law to anyone, you couldn’t do better than have David act for you in the sale/purchase of a property. 10/10. Excellent.

   I had the pleasure of having David Morse carry out the work on both the selling of my old house and purchase of my new one. From the very start he was clear, honest and very, very helpful. Nothing I asked was too much trouble and I always had a reply to an email within 24hrs, but more often than not, it was a by the end of the day. He was also at the end of the phone when a quick answer was needed. I always knew where I was with the process and what was happening next. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I very rarely leave reviews, but I felt I needed to let people know how good this guy is. First class on every level A*****
