Clean and tidy, greeted as I walked in, scanned my phone food was ready by the time I got to the counter. Comfy sofas and clean my kid loved SpongeBob

Visited the Odeon recently and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff were. Bjorn in particular stood out, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a genuine smile from start to finish. You can tell he truly enjoys his job, he made my visit feel really positive.

Great service (although most of it is self service now!) and clean and tidy. One star knocked off because the toilets always smell absolutely rancid. Would also avoid the hotdogs as really overpriced for a cheap sausage on stale bread. Good for a once in a while wet weather day but wouldn’t frequent

Great staff, plenty of friendly faces upon entry. Delicious food served but WAY OVERPRICED, which is why 4 stars and not 5 ha. Insane to spend a 2 course restaurant price, for a cheap tinned hot dog and essentially plain crisps and dip.

Comfortable chairs, good surround sound. Helpful, polite staff. Theatres have always been clean and well maintained. Parking available. One star less because of the snacks in the kiosk. The popcorn albeit expensive, is almost always stale.

Terrible sound quality. I recently watched Avatar 2 here but sadly the film was ruined as the volume was just far too low. There were multiple scenes where the characters were whispering and I simply couldn't hear what was being said. Then with other cinematic scenes with explosions and music really didn't feel that cinematic as the music volume was so low. I had to suffer this for 3 hours. Very very disappointing.

A fine cinema in most respects, but the seats are right out of a Ryanair plane! Smallest and least leg space seats that I can remember any cinema having. Why should comfortable be an optional extra?

Quick and easy entry to the venue via qr code with our tickets on, you can also order food before you arrive and pick it up on your way in. If you haven't got tickets/food ordered already you can do so via the machines in the foyer. Everything was clean and plenty of hand sanitizer available.

A fairly large Odeon with helpful staff, ample parking, and decent stadium-type seating (at least on screen 2) so easy to see the screen. Like many Odeons, food and drinks are purchased via the kiosk then picked up at the counter, which was easy and efficient. Toilets a little dated but clean. It is in a slightly odd location as feels a little remote, with few other businesses nearby and signs into the parking lot saying you’re going into a residential zone, but no complaints on the theatre itself.
