    I visited to pick up a box of chocolates for a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of services and amenities offered at this store. There’s a post office counter, a free cash dispensing machine, and even a Costa coffee machine. Additionally, you can collect and drop off packages at the inPost facilities located within the store. The staff were approachable and friendly, and parking was not a problem but can be challenging during busy periods.

    Parked in there car park at 9am on Friday 13th Sept , the very rude delivery driver and his lorry came in behind me and completely blocked me from leaving and refused to move when I asked so not only myself but others had to sit in there cars for over a hour until he could be bothered to move it. Horseford coop, get a grip, people have work, terrible service to the the public, will never use this shop again.

    Always helpful, decent selection of food, the Post office is good but isn't a fully featured one, if you need log books or tax..you will need to go a few miles elsewhere.

    There is one particular employee who stands out in this store. Whatever she is doing, any request for help is never too much. Not seen at check-out, always shelf filling. Well done her!

    Their cool cabinets they keep the fruit and veg in are too cold. So much so it's just short of freezing and the produce goes off far to quickly. But tbe staff are great.
