I went to the coop today to grab a couple of snacks and as apon entering a lady with glasses and black hair was starring at me and then spoke to her small older colleague and they both starred at me,I was going down every isle having a brouse as you do and every isle I went down the short elderly lady followed me and kept staring at me this rushed me and made me feel quite uncomfortable as they had no reason to be doing so,this ruined my whole experience

The staff at the Co op went above and beyond when I visited the instore Post Office without realising it had closed early, they happily retrieved my parcel, absolute stars ! They are generally helpful when I visit anyway. A good selection of essentials, food and beverages in stock, free parking and cash machine too.

Very handy shop with a great variety of goods . Nice size carpark beside the store. Just of the outer ring road .

Very convenience as it's near from Mum's house just a few minutes walk.

Co-op isn’t really my first choice of shops because it’s SOOOOO expensive, although there are some really nice people and good sales when they have them on there is a VERY rude staff member that works at the post office.

I really like this store. Of the co-ops I've visited in and around Norwich, this one comes second on my list. Great range of food and drinks. Instore post office, easy access and a good car park. I've knocked one mark off because there are a couple of staff who need to concentrate a bit more on respecting their customers.

No organic food, no organic vegetables, no organic meat, no organic milk or eggs. Managers do something like an organic section. Not everyone like basic food with chemicals in it. Norfolk has organic farms and their products are available to buy in London. Why not here? Upgrade Norwich town with organic food please.
