Excellent service with high-quality halal meat and chicken. A big thanks to Salah, who is always smiling, Zakaria for his great recommendations on the meat, and Ola for being so helpful – to be honest, all the staff are friendly and always ready to assist. The best rice in the UK can be found here, and it’s called Maihan. Highly recommended!

Normally I really like here. And do my shopping regularly from here without any issues. However, today, The man who was in the butcher's part was really rude to me. I just asked if there was a possibility that I can get lean lamb (I was OK to pay for that). But he insisted that he can just give the lamb with fat and if I want I can throw the fat. And with a really rude manner. So because of this manner, I had to leave the store without shopping.
Very poor customer service. They are not accepting returns even for unopened food products which is purchased even on same day. Try to buy it from any other store instead of this.
