Great company, Super efficient and so knowledgeable about all the areas. Our school have had consistently brilliant trips with them.

The rooms have mould in. The food has made me ill. However the staff are all really friendly. The showers rooms don’t have locks in or an extractor fan for all the steam

Not customer focused. 2nd year in a row we have received poor service. Unable to provide information in a timely fashion, send you to resorts where they have no experienced staff who do not know the area, unable to plan après ski in advance. Constant chasing for flight times, rooming lists etc Tickets arrived hrs before departure electronically to print half were missing causing unnecessary stress. We gave them another chance this year, disappointingly as bad as last year, maybe worse! We are travelling in March 2024 and recently discovered we have a stopover in Frankfurt on the return journey and a 3 and a half hour transfer from resort as opposed to a 2hr at the nearest Airport! No consultation, discussion or agreement on flight arrangements we are paying a premium rate for budget flights. Manager is not apologetic and seems to think a stopover in Frankfurt is normal practice and lots of schools do it - I've lead 50 plus trips and never had a stopover and would never choose one? Organising school ski trips is stressful enough, my advice is to avoid added stress avoid SkiBound.

Haven't worked there for 20 years but on the whole I enjoyed everyday I was at the office. Spent far too much time and money in the St. James tavern at the other end of the street. But I met my wife at this establishment so I obviously have wonderful memories

Belle Aurore Alpe d'Huez This is this second time we have visited this hotel and again I have to say what a pleasure it was to stay there. The staff were incredible, nothing was too much trouble. I left my purse on the aircraft and didn't realize it was lost until we arrived at the hotel. Skibound to the rescue!!!!!!! Almost immediately the staff were back tracking and contacting lost property at Geneva airport. It had been handed in with everything intact. A few days later it and I were reunited. Also in our hotel there were three individual groups of children who were very well behaved and showed incredulous manners. My only comment is there was sooooooooo much food. I'm now on a strict diet . Thanks again to Michelle , Oliver and all the staff at Skibound
