Communication was great. Had to wait 3 days until an engineer was free to repair our washing machine but when Gary came he was very efficient at diagnosing and fixing the issue quickly. Cost of the call out was very reasonable, thank you!
I have no idea how these guys have a business. During the day they don't answer the phone. Eventually got through late in the day to be told to call back in the morning as person answering had no knowledge of appliances. Filled out an online form and have had no response despite stating that I either need repair or replacement for 3 different appliances.

Very friendly and helpful service. Told me what the fault meant and explained exactly how to fit a new heater in the washing machine and what issues could arise. All went perfectly and machine up and running again so thank you.
Got new Tall fridge from there today, very good customer service and they helped to load fridge in our van too. Price wise, I would say they are very good even with new products. *****
