   Very happy with their app and service. They reply quickly and a lot easier than calling or going in person. Helped with a same-day appt and met with the pharmacist, and got the urgent prescription I needed. Did not have to contact GP and wait for an appointment. A lot less stress. Very grateful.

   I visited Charter Chemist today for a consultation with the pharmacist as I was seeking advice. Although there were a couple of people ahead of me, I didn’t have to wait long at all. The counter staff were incredibly friendly and greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel very welcomed. Within 5–10 minutes, the pharmacist greeted me and took me into the consultation room to discuss my issue in private. He was compassionate, attentive, and clearly dedicated to helping me. From start to finish, I felt that the entire team truly cares about their patients. Everyone was so helpful, and the service was excellent. Thank you to the whole team at Charter Chemist!

   Staff used to be good but it's really gone down hill...I've found staff to be overly defensive and lacking in people skills. Even passive aggressive on my last visit. It's been a difficult time for everyone but they need guidance on how to manage customers professionally.

   Have used this pharmacy for the last 10 years and have to say of recent have found it not to be so good Stock can't be helped because of delayed deliveries but staff can be. Most are very pleasant but in my 2 times going recently there is a middle aged lady with dark hair who does not seem to have job satisfaction at all. Comes across very rude and abrupt and keeps lifting up her mask to hear not sure what that's about
