very nice. room was spacious clean and comfortable. Meal and breakfast was good value. the guy on check in desk was especially helpful as I was in a truck and he sorted out a parking space for me and even coned and put barriers around the truck for me.
Absolute rip off. £30 meal allowance by my company that barely got more than a main and either a starter OR desert. The food is clearly microwave food with the prices hiked up beyond reason. I got woken up at midnight by someone trying the door to my room, that I was informed was a member of the night staff. I ended up with 4 hours sleep after the disturbance. I was starving on top of that due to the over priced prison food..and ended up going way over my meal allowance in an attempt to feel satiated. Also there were two single beds in my room rather than a double, so I was crammed into a single for no apparent reason. I don’t understand the logic of two singles - who are they for? So, I’m tired, hungry, and ripped off. Amazing! :(
We used this hotel as a stop off on our way to Wales. The gentleman on reception (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name but it was the afternoon 19th October) was a absolute star! Very helpful and great customer service helped our large group family (16) out a few times with keys left in rooms and they except dogs! Breakfast was a good selection and the rooms were clean, smelt nice and the lady who serviced the room in the morning was so sweet to my dog despite that he barked at her! Tv was large enough and bathroom was clean! Despite it being next to the motorway I didn't have my window open and didn't hear it at all despite my window backing on to it, there are trees between the hotel and road too! Harvester is just next door too, got a takeout from them and they allow to eat in your room! USB and plug socket on one side of the bed. Thanks again to the staff!
A fantastic hotel with exceptionally hospitable staff. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and the atmosphere was both warm and professional. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay!
My family and I have just returned from 2 nights at this hotel and everything was top notch. Our room was very comfortable and clean and overall service was excellent. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of options to choose from. Hotel is also pet friendly which is a major plus as not all hotels accept pets. When we arrived we paid the £30 fee for bringing our dog but the next day Jason noticed that our dog was an assistance dog so he was kind enough to mention that these type of dogs don't have to pay the £30 fee so he gave us a full refund! Thanks again and we will definitively be back!
Super hotel with outstanding staff who are very friendly and helpful, who actually go out of their way to help. We've been staying here for 10 years at least once a year and can't fault it. Great breakfast, comfy rooms. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Neath or Swansea. Well done guys. Keep up the great work.
We had originally booked another hotel, which was awful on arrival. We rang last minute to see if we could obtain a room for two nights, including our little dog, the reception staff were so helpful and wonderful as we're all staff members. Our little dog even received a little bag with a ball and treats in. The staff checked daily to see if we needed our room cleaning and the breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely be back. We stayed over Xmas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was busier than we thought it would be and, at times, the staff were run off their feet, but they still had a smile and were very nice and pleasant at all times. More than enough for breakfast, cooked, cereals etc, and the fastest coffee machine I've ever seen!
Although this is part of a big chain, the service is something outstanding!!! We always arrive 10-12 of us, they let us order our own food into the restaurant area, they provide us with cutlery etc, also clean up afterwards. Absolutely stunning. The rooms are well sized, spotlessly clean. I wish this sort of service would be default in every hotel!
We found the hotel to be extremely clean, the staff so helpful and friendly. I am dairy intolerant and they couldn't have been more obliging. We asked once about alternative milk and every morning it was there in with all the breakfast stuff, I didn't have to ask. There was also an allergens list up in a prominent place and I did not have to continually ask. Everyone we met from reception, to breakfast staff, to the room workers were so friendly and helpful. I always have a teddy bear with me even though I am over 50 and every time we came back in the room, he had been sat nicely on our bed. It did make me smile. Will definitely be recommending this hotel.
