I was rather disappointed with my stay, as was the rest of my group, we booked 6 rooms in total, and though we'll appointed, they looked quite tired, I can't speak for the others in my group, but my bed had random, really hard areas on the mattress, was quite uncomfortable. The public areas of the hotel are quite lovely, and the entertainment provided for our Christmas works party was great, which is more than I can say for the Christmas dinner! I always review honestly, as I travel a great deal, and rely heavily on customers reviews, so when I say the meal was dreadful, it really was, it all felt like it had been made from cheap frozen goods, and a real feel of penny pinching. We will not be returning for our Christmas party next year, shame, I was expecting more.

Booked a dinner with hotel for a birthday. Explained we were after a private dining experience as it was a milestone birthday celebration with family. Room was not what I was led to believe, private room turned out to be the hotel bar where we were sat in bucket chairs with circular tables pushed together which guests, despite notice on door, would walk through. There was also rugby left on the tv and cake table requested was out of site of where we were dining. I had no quibble with the food or service as this was great, however, my issue is I had paid a room hire charge for a dinner and didn’t receive what I felt I had asked for. When contacting the hotel to express dissatisfaction my original email was ignored. I contacted again a week later with my complaint to be told it would be “investigated”. Over two weeks have passed and still no response. Happy to converse when eager for money but afterwards don’t seem too concerned with customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Visited as a group of 20 for the drag disco event. The entertainment was amazing, the staff throughout our stay were all friendly and attentive. Food was amazing, sadly didn't get time to use the spa but will return and make use of them next time. Only flaw is rooms are a little dated and need attention, however they were clean and we had a great night sleep.

We got married at the Towers Hotel last week and truly enjoyed every single moment. The bridal suite was spacious and perfect for getting ready, and the entire day ran seamlessly thanks to the team’s incredible organisation. My partner and I didn’t have to worry about a thing—everything was taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious and impressively quick, especially with around 70 guests to serve! Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Cathryn, our wedding coordinator, who was so approachable, supportive, and on top of every detail. We loved every second of our day—thank you to everyone at the Towers Hotel for making it so special.

definitely not! Poor service at spa met by an extremely rude member of staff today at 4pm 30/03/2023 who needs a lot of training on customer service and service delivery. I have been here many times and gift spa vouchers for birthdays, Christmas etc. This will be my last. Such a shame as everything else was perfect and a much needed break following a recent period in hospital. Special thanks to Harley the therapist and amazing staff at the restaurant

Booked a ‘spa day package’ for Mother’s Day. It was lovely from start to finish - really enjoyed! Lovely pool and lounge area. Amazing lunch and chocolates. Our treatments were wonderful- complete relaxation. Can’t thank Amy and Holly enough for making our day extra special with our treatments. Would definitely recommend the spa packages and especially Amy & Holly. Will definitely be returning:)

Lovely evening spa package. Staff were very helpful and accommodating on our earlier arrival. Nice massage. Was a little disappointed that there weren't more showers available around the pool area, plus steam room wasn't very warm. The conservatory rest/bed area needs heaters as it was freezing there. Fantastic service however and our evening meal was lovely.

All in all it is a 4/5 but let me break it down: Rooms: 2/5 A bit old, a bit run down. Furniture is old, the beds are awfully uncomfortable, the mattress is worn and horrible. TV did not have any sound. Bathroom is OK. Everything was clean. Spa: 5/5 Nice sized pool with good water temperature, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room. All in great shape. Had a lot of fun. Breakfast: 5/5 Very nice, tasty breakfast, plenty of choice. Full English (or Welsh if you want to call it), cereal, pastries, coffee, tea etc. Service was also friendly. We had a good time. It is a shame the room was not great. I would not stay again as I had a bad sleep because of the mattress. If that is fixed, it is a great place.

We had a lovely time, very friendly staff. Our room was massive with a nice comfy bed and giant bathroom with big bath and double shower. All the food was good we were half board so had dinner aswell. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Would definitely dray again.
