The rooms very lovely and huge. It got two bedrooms with king size bed and two single beds and two shower rooms. It got TV, kitchen and everything. The nice part is if you cook something you don't need to wash utensils you can leave it which is awesome. I would like to visit again.
‼️DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE‼️ We booked this apartment on 18th November 2024 and payment had been taken so we turned up on the check in day to find out that all the apartments had already been occupied and that our booking had been double booked. The manager tried to put the blame on myself saying that I cancelled the booking but at no point did I ever cancel the booking, and why would I even be there to check-in if I cancelled it myself? The manager had no care in the world that we were there with our bags stood at the bar, two hours from home and unable to stay the night and when I changelled him to say you have to sort something out for us as we have no where to stay, he just said there is nothing I can do. I then demanded my money back and then he went on to say that if the booking had been cancelled I should have also received my refund. He was adamant that I had received the refund even after showing him numerous times that no refund had ever been received into my account so I threatened to call the police as I was fed up of being accused of all of this then he finally offered a refund and then went on to say that it would be quite a while to receive the refund, in a way that he was trying to put me off taking it! So I asked for it in cash and we were on our way! I will definitely not be booking here again, it completely spoiled our weekend plans in Swansea and it’s definitely something to beware of if anyone is planning on booking to stay here!
Enjoyed our stay here but won't be back, apartment was nice but a little outdated. Couch cushion cover was ripped, bed was very noisy, everywhere could do with a lick of paint. Fully stocked with everything you'd need, they even leave you dishwasher and washer tablets aswell as the usual tea, coffee, soap etc. Appliances and electrical good are all quality brands. Lovely views of the marina. The reason we will not be back is the people above us, if you have inconsiderate people above you, you will hear everything. We heard shouting, stomping around but the worst part was our intercom buzzer being pressed repeatedly at 2am by another guest (somebody from above us). She had forgot her key and found it acceptable to press every apartments intercom until somebody let her in. Not an apartment management fault I know, but the experience we had will stop us returning again.
Amazing space,large apartment. Very well situated to the town centre,just across the foot bridge. Meal was excellent in the river house restaurant beneath!will definitely stay again.
Very comfy and clean apartment. Very close to the town centre with access to all types of shops (groceries, restaurants, retail, museums, etc). The beach is also walking distance or if you'd like, you can catch a bus there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Swansea for a short time or for a while.
Had a great time here and would highly recommend Apartment 6 for the large open plan kitchen, dining, and living facilities, plus the very large balcony! A couple of things to note though: you may be asked for a £50 holding fee upon arrival, also, be careful with the oven instructions as my partner got a bit confused between fan oven and fan grill, leading to our very burnt evening meal haha. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay, the location is fantastic, and views from the balcony are lovely. We will certainly stay here again when we're next in Swansea.
Easy check Inn. Very friendly and helpful staff at the Riverside. Apartments was very clean with all the amenities you could need. Location was excellent not a long walk walk to the centre of town.
Good place to stay in Swansea centre, and the apartment was comfortable and very well equipped but the apartment could have been a bit cleaner, especially the balcony, and the instructions for where to leave the key were not explained.
