Left a security tag on my hoody, noticed when i tried to put it on in the plane so too late to go back and get it removed...

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. My 11 years old boy tried ( 1 second or less spraying ) the shoe spray which was right at the entrance of the shop on the display shelf. When I put the spray back to the shelf a guy from the shop ( I think he was the manager as he was in a shirt not the normal black JD t-shirt) step to me aggressively and shout to me You have to pay for it! I apologised to him and said I am sorry but this is an airport and you can even try a £150 perfume without any problem. He kept saying YOU HAVE TO PAY £10 and he kept following me to pay all across the airport and shops. I told him to call the security you scaring my boy! He came after us where my wife and my other boy 8 were sitting and keep shouting about the £10. After this he started to threaten us and swear front of my boys. ( we don’t swear in our family so they were traumatised by this situation). You guys going to miss your f….g flight because of this £10. If they’re that desperate of that spray or any item on display put them behind the till and don’t hunt for customers! Disgusting unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. His hands were shaking all the time so was very suspicious he took something! Shame of JD sport!

I have never felt so hated as I have purchasing an over priced cap, likely made buy under paid children from a man who looked like he wanted to eviserate me for the crime of existing in his shop.

4 staff working, only me in shop and still had to wait ages at till for the staff to serve me and they still carried on conversation while serving me. Couldn't even say thank you when I spent £70. Treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer

Unorganized, wrong prices on products, and they ask you to rate their service before your transaction is complete. Very unprofessional, wasted my time and money! Will never purchase there again! No apology from JD Sports or anything will rectify the experience I had, so don't bother! Ps. EVERYTHING THEY SELL IS AVAILABLE ON AMAZON!! BETTER SERVICE WITH A COMPUTER SCREEN!!!
