Having made the decision to sell our home after 25 years, we contacted the Pontardawe branch of Clee Tompkinson and Francis. The valuer turned up promptly, was respectful of the house and listened to our views. The quality of the marketing was exceptional resulting in the sale after just 48 hours. The whole team, particularly Josh, Rob and Carol, were professional, friendly and made selling our home as stress free as possible. The weekly updates on progress without prompting by us were very welcome. We would not estimate to highly recommend the Pontardawe branch of CTF estate agents to anyone considering selling their property.

After our initial contact they were quickly able to settle our nerves with selling and made the whole process extremely easy, comfortable, and quick. Emma has been absolutely amazing from the initial enquiry to the collection of keys to our new rental property.
