    Had a pleasant experience with our sofa, in particular the delivery team were amazing especially when compared to another company we had bought from previously. Sofas are good quality and fits out home perfectly, although prices are a bit steep compared to their competitors in the market.

    Recently purchased the display recliner chair, was told delivery in two to three weeks, a month later was told it was at the warehouse having checks and will be delivered in a few days, a week later told its still in store waiting for collection to go for checks, anyway two months later it arrives, without the gliders that where paid for and missing the plug. Of course when phoned the store to ask whats happened to these things, they cant do anything, its down to the warehouse to sort out. Incompitent liars.

    I know many large furnitire retailers have a bad reputation but I have had a great experience with sofology. Marcus was really helpful and there was no pushy sales tactics. Marcus understood what a big purchase this was for me and took his time to explain all the details. My sofa arrived within the 12 weeks stated in fact a few days earlier. It was delivered on a Sunday and I was kept well informed on delivery day. The drivers were fantastic and I appreciate it isn't always easy delivering to city centre flats. My sofa is beautiful (the flex) and I am really pleased with it :)

    Was sold a sofa in Norwich store by a guy called Wayne. The sofa arrived and it is a completely different colour. Went into store to discuss and firstly got told the colour was the same (look at the picture and see for yourself!) by an extremely irritating member of stuff that didn’t listen, then just got told to ring a number as they were unable to sort it out for us as they’re manager was on holiday. Spent around Β£2,000.00 and receive this level of service. Absolute joke of a company and avoid at all costs.

    Cannot get anyone to answer the phone, Sofa has arrived with black marks on it, Just shocking, and now a hassle I do not need. Can any help me at Sofology please Update. Saying they want to repair it and refusing a refund, I’ve explained under the CRA2015 law I would like a refund. This is just shocking. The item is still in the delivery packaging damaged with oily dirt and they will not refund it.

    A great range of sofas. After finding a sofa we liked Lauren was particularly helpful. Both Lauren and us knew we didn't want to buy the sofa there and then but she spent time putting all the items in a basket for us and thinking of various options. when we make up our minds all we have to do is log on at the comfort of our home and place the order which she has put together as well as explaining all the 'add ons' if we want them. Lovely experience, worth going in the store!

    Just had Mel assist us in purchasing a sofa. I would just like to say thank you very much for the professional manner in conducting the sale. Mel offered us a hot drink and took as much time we required. He really was fantastic and he is the reason for our purchase today. We will most definitely be coming back and doing business with sofology and hopefully Mel and the others can assist us again!

    We went into the Norwich staff in August to order our new sofas. The staff were fantastic and didn’t make us feel pressured into buying at all. We placed our order and waited 12 weeks for our sofa to arrive - which was fine. The only issue we’ve had since is that we were sold a sofa care kit which we were told would be delivered with the sofa. We were also told we had to use this to clean the sofa otherwise our insurance would be void. Nearly six weeks post delivery and still no care kit. The drivers told us it would come separately as they had no stock on the van. Customer services then said they had stock and we’d get it within two weeks but nothing arrived. I’ve chased twice on social media but still nothing. We keep being fobbed off and told it’s being looked into. We have young children and animals so we NEED to clean our sofa but we worried about using anything other than care kit. Please can someone help?!

    We were greeted at the door by a very pleasant young man who gave us a brief guide to the store and told us to take our time looking around and to let him know when we needed assistance. We were then immediately approached by another older salesman who proceeded to follow us about not giving us any space to make up our own minds. When we asked a simple question about the differences in two types of leather available he didn't have any answers for us. We saw a few sofas we liked and would have been interested in buying but we felt so harassed and uncomfortable we left the store without purchasing.

    After reading a few bad reviews we was very worried about placing our large order of around Β£7500. We either expected it not to turn up for at least 6-12 months or turn up damaged. Neither happend and our order arrived earlier than expected and is absolutely perfect. We ordered the Laurence 4 Seater Curve/ Double Power Recliner/ Double Power Headrest as well as a matching 3 seater, single arm chair and foot storage stool. All in perfect condition and just as we ordered. The staff in the Norwich shop were brilliant and very helpful upon purchase and the delivery men today were very polite, quick, careful and professional. In all honesty, I'd ignore the bad reviews as this company sells thousands of sofas a day but most people only ever post about bad experiences and don't take the time to post good things, which is why I have taken the time to share my personal experience of this company. It's 5 stars all the way from us.
