   Called up today to ask questions about the Herman Miller Aeron Office Chair size C, absolutely amazing customer service from Georgie. My door isn't very wide which is a big constraint on what I can bring into the house. While on the phone they adjusted a sliding door to the exact width of my front door, and found a position that would work to fit it through the front door, explaining to me exactly what I would need to do! Felt confident ordering it after that, thanks so much for all of the help!

   I bought a chair from Neil back in 2016 and only recently did it need a new gas cylinder. Neil was able to help very quickly and supplied the part at a great price. I would certain recommend Neil's customer service and the chair originally supplied (Herman Miller).

   I ordered a chair with a long lead time, they phoned up to double check I was okay with that, and let me know when they'd receive it from the factory. Skip forwards and I receive a call exactly on the day promised, to double check delivery. Skip forwards one more day and I've got the chair. They were polite and professional on the phone, and the product was delivered undamaged and well packed. I'm overall impressed and would recommend.

   Ordered a seriously expensive Herman Miller (Sayl) chair, waited a whole month until the day on which it was supposed to be delivered. Complete radio silence from OFS on the day; two emails from me, two attempted calls later I get through to someone at 3pm who is holding fort on many fronts. Instead of an honest explanation (that the main man was away and his deputee off sick) and apology about missed deliveries, I was met with pedantry and defensiveness about how they were going to call and how my emails of 11am and 2pm hadn't been sent early enough to merit a response. The chair arrived 4 days later (that is 1 month and 4 days). They had got the chair from the supplier by 2pm on the day they were supposed to but this was apparently past their cut-off so they wouldn't organise next-day delivery as previously promised. I'm disappointed - not so much with the long wait but with the lack of timely update and acknowledgement. For my part, I'd paid nearly £400, then waited a month and believed their promise. Some humility would have gone a long way when they failed to keep that promise.
