Great customer service from Joanne from start to finish. Having put some shoes to the side for me that I had seen online, my parents brought my daughter in and did a fitting. A few days later the shoes had rubbed but this was resolved by Joanne brilliantly. Thanks for your help Joanne, you're a credit to the company :)
Lovely staff at the Buxton store, really helpful and great with measuring the kids feet. No pressure to buy new shoes as the shoes they have already still fit but it's great peace of mind to be able to have them checked every so often and we will be back here to buy new shoes when their feet have grown. Only criticism would be that the door was wide open on a very cold day which seems an odd policy. Hopefully this can change going forwards.

Fantastic service, will be bringing my son back for all his shoes. My 18 month old had his feet measured here for the second time last week. Initially he wasn't very happy about the situation, especially with all the COVID measures in place but Julie was extremely patient and considerate of this. By the time we left the shop he was checking out his new shoes in front of the mirror, paying for them himself and waving goodbye to everybody. A very professional, reassuring service that I would recommend to anyone with young children.

My husband took his elderly Aunt for new slippers today. The staff were amazing, so helpful and attentive even in the middle of a pandemic! Nothing was too much trouble, will definitely return.
