   Very careless staff, I have asked for the aircon if possible to increase the temperature or to change the fan power to lower, the guy behind the bar told me they don’t have an access to the aircon. I was with my baby and there wasn’t any other table available only the one under the aircon and we were literally freezing. I don’t believe the aircon is working here 24/7 and no one has an access to it…. I’m very disappointed and I will never come back here to spend my money and time in this careless place. We have tried to sit outside as it was much better temperature, but their tables are never clean and we had to move the rubbish and wipe the table

   This Costa has become my lunch-time saving grace. Consistency is always provided as you would expect from an international chain. Food quality is as anticipated given mass-suppliers, but I find that to be a minor reason behind my visiting. The staff always appear enthusiastic, or otherwise pleasant in their demeanour. They are continually friendly, and accommodating. Small talk is the standard, given the fast paced environment, but still I occasionally leave the counter cracking a smile from the light conversation. The staff quickly learned my order, perhaps because it is slightly pedantic, but remembering a cappuccino, to-go, with no chocolate is a tough memory task for a busy Barista. The warm goodbyes are also greatly appreciated, though I am often blinded by my music. I frequent this place on my own for a quiet lunch most work days as the environment suits me. If you enjoy personal space, a clean café, and certainty, then I would pick here over the neighbouring independent cafés. Pricing is slightly on the more expensive side for food given the standard, but for a quick grab, heat and eat, it is suitable. Not that you need to be sold on going to a Costa. The staff just make this one better than the others.

   one member of staff in particular (i believe the name is Anna) was extremely rude by giving me and friends constant dirty looks. it made us very uncomfortable, so bad we had to leave. when i am paying these prices at a coffee shop, i expect better customer service and to not be treated in such a way. i 100% will not be going back here and use the other one down the road. if i could give 0 stars i would. i advise anyone else considering going there, don’t!
