   came in this morning, can not believe only two staff were on. both working very hard way to much to do for two staff should have at least four in such a busy place. The young girls had to do the till, washing up, clearing the tables, the boy was non stop with a massive queue. Was going to have lunch but felt so sorry for the two staff we decided to go elsewhere!

   Ordered from here on Deliveroo and upon receipt realised it was a mistake to choose this store over the others in the area as the staff are clearly either incompetent or just don’t care. Firstly the breakfast wrap was missing from the order along with the two packs of ketchup, we received both iced frappes we ordered but how they expected us to drink them was unclear as they decided not to put any straws into the bag! The drinks were not even completed correctly either with one of the drinks missing the coffee that was clearly requested as part of the drink and both had normal whipped cream instead of the requested light whip (you can tell as normal just tastes like cream and light tastes like marshmallows) the nacho cheese chicken sandwich was the only part of the order that was good (I guess it’s hard to mess up a pre-made sandwich) and the cookie tasted like it had been sitting on the side since the day before. The bag was fully sealed upon delivery so was prepared and packed the way we received. Just glad we got a refund for the missing items from Deliveroo Would advise avoiding this location and using one the other costas or coffee shops in the local area

   Had a discount which they refused to accept, still proceeded with my order to not ruin my day. Ordered a hot chocolate with cream and came like this. Didn’t realise I paid £6 for just cream! Staff were rude and unpleasant, will not be retuning.

   Nice toasted Panini, drinks were good. It was reasonably busy, but not extremely so. Lots of tables had dirty dishes from the lunch rush, so it seemed they were a bit understaffed.

   We had the Terry's hot chocolate and the toblerone latte neither really tasted very different from a standard hot chocolate or latte. Now they serve Marks & Spencer food there is a good choice of sandwiches and snacks. Also a good selection of cakes. But don't think it is worth the cost.

   Nice ambient interior and I fancied coffee an cake but settled for just coffee an hot chocalate for my daughter.small queue but plenty of time to observe the flies flying freely and landing on the cakes and pastry. To be fair some had plastic coverings but 50% did not. Decided to sit outside but sadly had to clear the table of rubbish. And full ashtrays.4 tables available but none clean. Interior tables were immaculate . And interior clean. Plenty of better Costa coffee outlets.

   On rushden lakes retail park at the entrance. A drive through included. The standard menu available. Inside and outside seating. Service was a little slow and plenty of tables were still covered in dirty tableware. There's nothing worse than having nowhere to sit. Simply make sure there is a member of staff concentrating on cleaning the restaurant, and you will have yourself a great cafe.
