Larger Costa Coffee with a drive thru. Good tasting coffee and average pastry and sandwich options. Sadly, this location seems to have staffing problems as service can be slow, pastry case is often near empty with few choices. The atmosphere is pretty good with soft music playing and plenty of seating.
A bit like staying in a premier inn, you know exactly what you’re getting for your money, if you’ve been to one, you might as well have been to them all. The only difference between them all is the staff, this recent visit the staff were friendly, the tables were clean my Latte tasted like it should, nothing exceeds expectations but then how could it really?
Usual standard of Costa coffee and food. Staff were helpful and service fast despite being busy. A couple of tables had not been cleared. Free O2 Wifi and newspapers to read. Toilets including disabled toilets. Not great for working on laptops, not enough larger tables.
Always love Costa no matter where it is. This one is particularly good. Great staff.. friendly and helpful.
Another Costa but this one is spacious particularly staff side of the counter and also has a drive through which also has it's own coffee machine, so it should offer quick service. We have been a few times and that is the one thing they need to improve on, speed of service. There is always a queue which moves slowly. A shame as the layout, etc. Is lovely, its clean and the staff are friendly, I think they just need a few more.
Like most Costa's but this one is worse because it's a drive through.. nice enough staff but not enough and poorly managed.. long waiting times, big queues and not clean .. not ideal when the coffee is so expensive.. kills the whole idea of going for a nice cup of relaxing coffee
New unit on Kettering Business Park.now open with the usual costa fair this store is set out with powerpoint and USB outlets at most of the outer edge tables disabled access toilets are available to the rear of the store with a outside seating and table area at the front door. with drive thru for passing motorist off the A509/A14 to kettering town center. surprisingly not a really busy café due to another Costa only across the way in tesco tho on some days staff say that it can be very busy only one mobility parking bay outside the store
