   I took part in this experience as part of a tv series I am making for LatestTV for the 50+ solo female traveller and taking part in activities not necessarily associated with the 50+ community. The hike up to Mount Caburn was long and steep, but it was definitely worth the effort! Tim, my pilot, was so patient with me and explained everything claearly and concisely. I felt completely safe at all times. The flight itself was one of the most exhilirating and amazing experiences of my life!! Would I recommend this activity to other 50+ women?    I did a taster day learning to solo paraglide on Sunday 27th. I couldn't believe you could get off the ground on your first day but you absolutely can. I was a bit nervous but the crew at Fly Sussex were very supportive for the whole day and it was a lot of fun (bonus we were lucky with the weather!)

   Went today for the first time ever and this was a birthday gift voucher. It was booked for tandem but on the day they asked if I wanted to learn solo instead. I jumped at the chance and it was awesome. Tim and Ben instructors where amazing, super easy and clear instructions and learnt at a gradual pace. Ended up completing around 8 jumps. It was just amazing. I will certainly be looking to return

   Me and a friend booked the tandem experience at the beginning of September. We both had a fantastic time and the team were all very friendly and professional. They really went above and beyond to make sure we made the most out of our time while dealing with changing wind conditions throughout the day. I would highly recommend! Definitely would do it again.

   What a great day! I received a gift voucher to go Paragliding from my wife and have been waiting for some decent weather over the winter to book in. A beautiful crisp and light wind day in January was perfect (warm clothes required!) to have a taster day in this fantastic sport. Really friendly instructors and 3 other beginner students! We started 09:30 and were flying solo by the afternoon. What an amazing feeling to fly on your own and felt really safe even though we were at a reasonable height. If I didn’t have another all consuming hobby I would be taking this up for sure!! Maybe in the future. I would urge anyone to try this out with FlySussex :)

   Had my first day of the four day CP progression course and was really impressed with the whole set up. Tuition was absolutely excellent, the instructors and staff were amazing - really knowledgeable and helped me work through improving some bad habits. I would highly recommend! Looking forward to improving my skills and confidence with the team. If you are wanting to improve your skills or work on a particular aspect of your flying go for it you won’t regret it! The place to learn!

   Recently I've exeperienced my very first adventure with paragliding. It was tandem flight with instructor Jenni from Fly Sussex Paragliding. What an amazing day. I highly recommend to anyone. Fly Sussex Paragliding made my day so special. Here are some pictures I took afterwards of the other paragliders.
