   I visit morrisons cafe at least once a week and the service has always been great it is abit disappointing from previous review that people think it is acceptable to take photos of other people without permission and then discriminate on appearance what does this have to do with service this is possibly a young girl with her first job everyone starts somewhere and its a learning curve I can say I have been served by this girl many times and I've always been greeted with a smile never any issue what is the issue if she checks her phone it's not a crime is it affecting anyone has anyone asked for assistance whilst she is doing this and being ignored no whatever happened to a kind community

   i went in today around 12 ish and stayed until 2pm. Everything was lovely and got served with nice food. Apart from the unprofessionalism i couldn’t catch the name because she doesn’t wear a name badge. But she’s described as like 5’3. Long hair with bangs , always has her phone in her back pocket with nike shoes on with piercings. She’s wandering around the cafe with her phone in her hand just texting & taking snaps and like pulling faces to send to people. & walks behind the archway into the kitchen and pulls out their phone. Got served by her and not even a normal customer service like face or anything said that was even greeting. she waited for me to speak. Overall everything else was nice and had a lovely conversation with the other staff members. this is a photo of her on her phone.

   Always come here, good variety of food and drinks, staff are very friendly. Prices are reasonable. We didn’t wait long for food at all. Plenty of seating. Staff always find time to ask if everything is okay.

   Went in last week with my family. Was an absolutely amazing experience. Their was so much accessibility especially for my Grandma who is currently in a wheelchair. The food was piping hot and fresh. Had a lovely conversation with someone called mark at the front counter who I believe was the Manager and had a conversation about how professional the staff was and how polite they were. The cleanliness was astonishing. When my food got served to me by this lovely person called Kai he offered me some sauces and helped my Grandma doing her coffee as she was incapable of doing it herself. I totally recommend going to this Cafe. Cheap. Affordable. Extremely well ran.

   Ordered chicken burger didn’t have it so opted to have the cheese burger instead. Burger came out cold and could of been used as a hockey puck

   The cafe was disgusting dead flies and bugs I actually had to clean the table and clean the knife and fork I used then when I finaly got my breakfast after 55 minutes wait it was cold bacon was not cooed eggs were not cooked toast was missing then when they got me toast 25 minutes after my breakfast the toast was disgusting

   Cheap and quick, but.. Tables are always dirty, Cutlery is always Dirty, they don't drain the oil out of there breakfast items, they just throw it into the plate and it shows, if you go later on you can tell the beans have been reheated to many times. The kitchen staff need to be sorted out, they seem lazy and in need of management.

   Morrisons kettering cafe has been updated with the new free standing tables the coffee is ok when the machines are working meals are cooked fresh for the regular order (fish -chips ect ect. But micro waved for any thing else childrens snack boxs and sandwich ect are on the leadup to the till where you can order your meal if the counter at the front is unmaned.
