   Julie Latham helped us to sell our flat in London and buy a flat in Hove. She also did a lease extsnion for us on the London flat. Julie was incredibly thorough and helpful throughout the whole process, which had a few tricky bits. She works very transparently and always kept us up to date on what was happening. Her charges/costs are very reasonable and did not change from the flat rates she quoted us at the beginning, despite some of the issues we faced with which ended up taking a lot of her time. Overall, we could not be happier with the service she provided and would recommend her highly to anyone and evryone!

In the chain Julie was the only solicitor on the ball acting quickly, efficiently and was ready well before any of the others. She handled the searches professionally, bringing the important aspects of the survey and searches to our attention to review. I cannot recommend Julie highly enough and she will always be our first-choice solicitor.
