Having sold houses in the past this time i was keen to keep away from the mainstream agents who care about little else other than getting as many houses on their books and then forget all about you. Starkings and Watson, being a small family run business local to the area couldn't be more different. They took care of everything and I was completely reassured that the selling process was in good hands. They did all the viewings and gave me feedback after each one. Sold our bungalow in Lingwood with S &W. They impressed me from the start at valuation stage, they had obviously done their homework and understood the market. They also had a good marketing strategy which sold our property quickly and conveniently without viewings dragging on. Once sold they followed through to ensure everything went through smoothly and even went the extra mile to post our keyring back to us after we had moved. I recommended to neighbours at the time and at least one also used them successfully. Professional, knowledgeable, good communicators, who pay attention to details, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
