   Terrible selling tactics...I'm so dissapointed in them. I would never recommend or use WHB ever again!! Shocking avoid at all costs I have had several viewings with various companies but I would have to say Sam Is top of my list. She is always polite, extremely professional, friendly and most of all gives you the space and freedom to explore the property after her initial show round. Lisa is also super nice as well as Ralph, Scott has a great team behind him.

   I can honestly say it was a pleasure to deal with Scott and the team at William H Brown Sprowston. From start to finish they were polite, professional and honest! They were extremely considerate to accommodating viewings around our tenants in order to sell our property. I never had to chase the team for updates. They were quick to produce sales particulars and get the property online. All viewings were confirmed and feedback was prompt. Well done Scott and team on top service.    Thanks to difficulties with the buyers solicitor and the death of my stepfather after the sale had been agreed and before exchange of contracts, meaning probate had to be granted before the sale could proceed, this was a very lengthy process. During all of this time Scott (Sprowston branch) kept in touch with us with updates and was very pro-active in speaking to both parties and both solicitors to ensure a satisfactory conclusion. He was very professional from the initial viewing/valuation through to completion and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

   We recently purchased a property through William H Brown. We were shown around the property by Ralph and spoke to Scott in the office. Both were very professional and supportive throughout the purchase. Ralph also arranged for us to view the property two further times prior to completion. Due to some issues with solicitors on completion day, we were almost left homeless. But thanks to Ralph and his colleagues they managed arrange it so this didn’t happen. This was an extremely stressful day and at times Ralph was the only person who was communicating honestly with us and relaying all of the information. Couldn’t recommend them enough.    Im not one to normally write reviews but on this occasion I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I contacted William H Brown I've received impeccable service. My point of contact in the office has been Scott and Ralph on the viewing side of things. Scott has been very meticulous in arranging my viewings to suit my needs and has gone above and beyond making regular phone calls and emails before and after my viewings to make sure all my needs have been fulfilled. Now Ralph don't let the age of this young man put you off he is very knowledgeable about each property he shows you around answering every question you can throw at him with such professionalism. This young man is one of the best estate agents I have met and in the past 6 months I have met with a lot. Overall buying a property or selling a property I can and will recommend William H Brown Blue Boer Branch to anyone and everyone. The service I have received is by far the best out of all the estate agents in the Norwich area. Thank you both for everything you have done to help us buy our new home.
