   Ordered a treadmill belt for a very old model; not much available in North America. The process was easy, communication was good, the staff made sure I was purchasing the correct model and the shipping to Canada was surprisingly brief. The belt itself is of excellent quality, had a bottle off lube with it and it was well-packaged. Even included installation instructions!

   I recently used Expert Fitness UK after two competitors badly let me down. The firstly company sent me the wrong sized belt for my machine, and the second who pretended to be a UK company, but just dispatched the belt directly from China resulted and then the belt was too small! I rang and spoke to Lisa and her colleagues who were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They confirmed the correct dimensions of my treadmill belt, which correlated to my machines dimensions. Lisa confirmed that the belt was put together in the UK and was promptly dispatched after manufacture. The item arrived less than seven days after ordering! The free lubricant and comprehensive instructions of how to maintain and look after your equipment was impressive, especially as in theory the more quickly you wear out your belt (through a lack of maintenance) would potentially result in a new order for their business. I don't hesitate to recommend this company, and I will happy return for any replacement parts that I may require in the future!
