Both my headlights had gone so I drove to Halfords in the hope they could help. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I was in and out within half an hour with no pre booked appointment or contact, I just turned up and hoped for the best -- amazing service, thank you so much!
Top-tier service from Rob, he was very welcoming and helpful. I came in for a battery check and found I needed a new one. To my luck, Rob had one already on the shelf and got the team to fit it quickly. Very sharp service and topped things off when you have someone like Rob helping you out! 5 star all around!
Highly recommend this place as I had been to several fast fit places without success prior to rolling up at Halfords Auticentre. They were able to fit me in virtually straight away at a peak time. Also found their prices to be very reasonable and also joined the Halfords Motoring Club which saved me even more money. Great service and great staff. Much appreciated.
I recently had my car’s MOT done at Halfords, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional. The manager, in particular, was amazing—straight forward, knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put my mind at ease.
Recently had an MOT and a minor repair at this garage and they were spot on. They managed to fit me in on short notice as I'd left it too late to get it done with my main Vauxhall dealership. The team are nice and welcoming, and James' communication and service was excellent throughout. Very reassuring and reasonable prices too. A complete contrast to my previous experience at the Halfords autocentre in Rugby. Would gladly return If I ever need to.
Best experience I have had when it comes to anything being done to my car! The 2 guys who helped me were so polite, car was easily dropped off, job was done within 30 mins and everything seemed smooth and quick from start to finish. Very disappointed. Booked free checks offers with paid wheels alignment week in advance. Wheel alignment was cancelled on the visit date but carried out rest of checks and handed over my car after 6 hours. When I star my car, the dashboard lights, Head unit and headlights wasn't working as they don't have any power. After few time turning on and off the power came back. And since then I am having this issue I. E. Power disappear and come back on its on. I will not recommend them at all.
Took advantage of their MOT offer , pre paid online and booked my slot. Excellent service from staff, all done inside of an hour of dropping the car off on a Saturday Morning. super impressed with my experience.
