    Not trustworthy from my experience. Paid a deposit with one of their colleagues “Kam” which he reassured me is “fully refundable if I proceed or not with the purchase of the vehicle”. Things got in the way and I decided to pull out of the purchase, and after many failed attempts to get into contact with “Kam”, I decided to contact the company directly which led me to false promises of returning me my deposit.

    we bought a lovely vw golf from park road garage. Amazing experience while buying the car, everyone was so friendly and polite. They offered us refreshments which was very nice of them. Gave us a very long test drive and made sure we was completely happy with the car. We was served by Abid who was very polite. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. thank you park road garage :)

    I've been using Park Road Garage for a few years now because I find them reliable and honest. I know that when my car is playing up they will give me a number of solutions to consider, and the cost associated, before completing any work. They have even travelled out to my house, outside of Kempston, today to take a look at the car (as it won't start) before giving me advice on my options. I can't see any reason why I'd stop using the garage in the future either.

I would highly recommend anyone wanting to service their car, to try these guys first. The negative reviews on here are for the SALES garage next door. (Nothing to do with the servicing side).

    I purchased a mondeo estate 8 weeks ago {May 2013) We went on holiday to France and the Injectors went. The cost to repair is 2000 euros. I have e mailed them twice asking if they are going to pay for the repair or contribute and await a reply. I will keep possible future clients aware of the response from Park Road Garage The score may need to change depending of their response
