Great place, dropped off my car as arranged between 8:30 and 9:00 and I had the car back by lunch time, not only fully serviced but a couple of small nagging issues rectified at no extra cost. Came highly recommended, will certainly use again!
I was referred here by Harrowden MOT after some confusion, since there are two garages at this location. The people there seemed great. I then called CPP, and Simon answered, scheduling me for 8:00. I arrived at 8:00, but the garage wasn’t even open. Simon showed up eventually, and we didn’t speak until about 15 minutes later. He had me on the schedule but seemed just as confused, and the whole interaction felt rude. He spoke to me in a condescending manner, almost like I was a child. It was frustrating, especially since they didn’t seem to consider that I might be new to this and unfamiliar with how things work. I thought I had found the right place after being screwed over by another garage, but clearly not. Ended up taking my car and leaving. No apology from them, no nothing. Bear in mind I've never written a negative review on any business nor had a negative experience such as this one, wasted my time.
Brilliant service. Looked after my daughters exhaust problem they didn’t do anything that wasn’t needed, superb price. I will be back if any of my other vehicles have a problem. You should do the same
I've been using Simon at CPP garage since he opened all those years ago, not only for my vehicles, but family and friends as well. I've never had a problem, always an excellent job done with good communications as well. The workshop is always clean and tidy, which is always a sign of a good garage. Have taken my car here for various things from service to repairs and always had a brilliant and friendly service. Work done promptly and communication from mechanic has been good. Would definitely recommend, especially to people who might find taking the car to the garage a bit daunting!!
