Advised both my front tyres are worn and showing cord but only 1 is... Asked for my handbrake to be adjusted and they forgot.. I wouldn't use again
It was my first time here for taxi MOT. Everything was perfect and they look professional. It took a standard time as they checked my car and was told soon my car just passed the MOT test as I was sure about this matter, my car was in perfect condition as well. I'm saying these because other MOT centre is not like this. Last year I was in brackmills taxi MOT centre. It took long and they are not professional they don't know exactly what to do. All waste of time and they make you worry about everything, NOT GOOD!!! BUT here everything is normal as I said they are Professional friendly people. No waste of time. No worries, nothing negative. I will use here for my car and I recommend here for all. All the best Thanks Regards
What a cracking service this garage provides!. So honest, straightforward and geniunely caring about the recent motoring mayhem I found myself in after taking my vehicle to another garage (awful) from which they recovered my car. I will always be using them for both my vehicles moving forward. (car, camper) A trustworthy garage that works to the timescales they propose and at a better than expected cost. Happy me!

Helped out massively when we were let down by kwikfit who quoted 3 weeks to get the van back on the road. These are normally our preferred garage because of our lease agreement. This would have cost me at least £12k in lost work. I called Jackson’s and they told us to drop the van in for a look. The van needed a lot of work. Brakes all round, couple of new callipers, ball joints and shock absorbers also a new tyre. I left the van not knowing how long it may take and was shocked to get the text next day to say the van had been done. And so much cheaper than I expected too. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
I had be let down by my usual garage and so I called a couple of garages to get my (Honda C-RV) clutch and flywheel replaced, most didn't seem confident or the dealership prices and turnaround was ridiculous! I spoke with Jacksons and they fitted me in within a week and did the work, efficiently and were so professional. The price was comparative to one other but the service was so good, I booked my husband's van and my car in for the air con re-gas the next week. Really happy with the work and the staff professionalism.
Brilliant Company! Really helped me out as I have been messed around by other garages! They helped me out same day for a class 7 mot everywhere else is like a two week wait! Highly Recommend !
