   Ordered 3 medium hot chocolates. Took more than 15 minutes to serve whilst 3 large were served who ordered after us. Drinks weren't hot when served. Order 3 hot chocolates, got 3 slow & warm chocolates.

   Got coffee fine towards end of the day and even before closing staff turned off themed music and started blasting their own music very loud. Look I understand you have a job and want to go home but a polite conversation about asking us to leave would be fine or even sit outside rather than making us feel awkward and a nuisance whilst staring at us when we are paying customers.. regardless serving costs and varies food items so actual product is alright, normal theme park pricing.

   The Ground Command Coffee shop is located in the forbidden valley area of the Alton towers theme park resort. You can find it next to the Nemesis and Toxicator rides. There is an easy self service option or you can order from the counter with the friendly staff. Plenty of outdoor seats available aswell as indoor seating for you to choose from. A great selection of snacks and drinks including Costa coffee.

   This is a coffee shop offers costa coffee branded drinks which is always a good point to buy a hot chocolate at the end of the day when you need it most, it's located in the forbidden valley and does have a small outside area aswell as the indoor coffee lounge but as you can imagine it's somewhat noisy based in between one of the nemesis rides and Toxicator so not ideal if you want a quiet 10 minutes throughout the day. But it is ideal if your planning on leaving via the exit gate at galacticor which is next to all the car parks

   Really poor service. Took 10 minutes to make the coffee, after being reminded twice! Even then the wrong shot was put in. So we then said we'll hold on to the wrong coffee until the correct one is made. 5 minutes later we asked where is the coffee? The waiter, Dan, refused to make it until we returned it. Very arrogant, no apology and no sense of customer service. We got a refund and left.

   Slow. Very messy. No one cleaning up. Covid NHS QR code not in a very convenient place. Got my very simple order wrong 2 basic drinks). Staff very disorganised and all behind counter and tripping over each other.

   Awful. Cold expensive coffee. I could not believe the mess inside, do you not have cleaners? See my pics. Disgusting, I can understand a few tables here and there but wow the mess is everywhere and all over the floor, it's quiet and no one is cleaning. Neglected. Staff are friendly and that's about it. Do not go here.
