   Think the worst costa a ever been . 3 ladies not organised at all, massive queues and they didnt look in hurry at all . Ladie said to my husband his point go through but they don't. They ware preparing coffee out of orders, couple who stand 3 people in front of us got they coffee after us. I ordered a sugar-free caramel latte not sure what I got but definitely not caramel. I just hope it is sugar free coz I'm diabetes, taste not good at all , but we were in rush so didn't have time to go back and complain. Definitely don't recommend

   So tonight, bubble frap, can't be done because they have no transparent medium cups - they aren't allowed to use anything else, so they lost that order. Then asked for a 2 shot large latte with the receipt, cold milk as it was hot outside. Handed a medium hot latte 1/2 empty. Took it back and asked for a large, then had to go back again when I realised I had no receipt. I think I'll just go to the Keele services going forwards.

   It was alright. I enjoyed a tasty toastie although it was a bit of a wait to get it. My experience was somewhat blighted by encountering a probable Tory in the queue who, upon being asked if they would like to donate to charity declared "I couldn't give a toss about it". Totally unnecessary rudeness from this fellow traveller who'd do well to try not to be such a nasty person.

   It seems to be a nice place but... Waited about 10 mins to get to the till even though there were 4 staff working and only 1 customer before me. I ordered coffees and cakes and I was served with paper cups and paper bag. I think it is very important how you drink your coffee, so I asked whether I could get our coffees in the nice Costa (glass) cups. The lady answered that they had some dishwasher issues. It's a pity that I was not informed before I ordered. It's a huge difference whether you drink coffee from a cup or from a take away paper and what's more, they are still in the same price. I decided to cancel my order.

   Been served by Hollie, unprofessional. Giggling with her colleagues and chatting about my request. Very unprofessional. Drinking from a can amid service, laughing secretly with colleagues.

   Haven't been to these services for a while and was pleasantly surprised. Modernised, good range of outlets, good toilets that were clean, good van and caravan parking and pleasant places to sit inside or out. Coffee and cookies at Pret were what you'd expect with pleasant and efficient service.

   Worst Costa I’ve ever been to. Didn’t get a coffee as the staff ignored us for a good five minutes. I wouldn’t mind if they were rushed off their feet but all three of them were just walking around aimlessly not knowing what they are doing. There was only maybe three people before me. I would recommend people to skip this Costa. Went to Pret next door and ordered, paid and had my coffee within 90 seconds
