   The barista at the Costa inside the services was aggressive, sick and pathetic. He prepared my coffee with skimmed milk although I didn't ask for that. He forgot one of my drinks. He didn't scan my rewards card. I don't know what was wrong with him. I just went for a nice cup of coffee and expected better service from Costa.

   Bought 2 coffees. A late and an americano. The barista was rude and aggressive and the coffee was tasteless. Very disappointing

   Shockingly BAD service. Blonde woman poured drinks into plastic cups when I stated we were drinking in. She overfilled my child's small milk glass to the brim so it spilled all over our sandwiches on the tray and flooded the tray. These 2 things caused food waste, a mess, burnt hands for my child and on top of that the tables were DISGUSTING and filthy despite it being quiet. Awful Costa - avoid like the plague.

   Been to a lot of Costa outlets before but was disappointed with the service here. There was the normal good array of cakes, sandwiches and hot and cold drinks. The person who served us wasn't very friendly and it just seemed like it was too much work for her to serve us. She also didn't ask us if we were eating in or taking away so just gave us paper cups. When you are paying a lot of money you want proper cups. The food was pretty tasty and there was a good amount of seating.

   Breakfast at Costa Girls were doing good breakfast and coffee for us. We had a stop at this service on our move towards Birmingham in M6. No disappointment this time at Costa. Cappuccino was good, initially the girl didn’t take enough milk for the second cappuccino then she did again. No complaint on half cooked food to reheat. Enjoyed our short stop here.
